Here’s an easy recipe for you! Pico de Gallo is made in Mexico and several Central American countries. It’s a side salsa that can easily be paired with tortillas, used as a topping for tacos, nachos, or even used as a side dish. It’s quite tasty, and of course – healthy!
STEP 1) Chop up the following ingredients finely:
1 medium sized tomato
A handful of cilantro (aka coriander)
1 medium sized jalapeño green pepper
STEP 2) Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 3) Stir everything together and enjoy!
